Small villa ”Mala Vila“

The Mala Vila is located in the village of Sevid on a small peninsula in central Dalmatia, halfway between Sibenik and Split. The property was completely renovated in 2017 for private purposes.

The villa has two separate living units, a central, well-equipped kitchen with a spacious inner courtyard and a covered outdoor dining area, including a Croatian stone grill ”Roštilj“. The Mediterranean playful garden is connected by stairs and has several places that invite you to linger.

The Mala Vila is located on the most beautiful part of the peninsula, only 50 m from the crystal clear sea and, thanks to its unique location, has access to two beaches. A white pebble beach as well as rocky beaches are available. The small peninsula is accessible all around and invites you to take long walks or climbing tours. Ideal for families with children and everyone who wants to enjoy the beautiful nature and clean sea, away from mass tourism.

Location & Surroundings

Infrastructure

Sevid is a small fishing village about 30 minutes west of Trogir. There are no hotels here, only private accommodations. A supermarket with a bar and a small restaurant is 500 meters away. Fresh fish is available every day at 7 a.m. from a local fisherman. Beach promenade with bakery, fruit stand, café, Konoba Lanterna one bay further. Closest larger towns: Marina (7 km) and Rogoznica (15 km), the most beautiful yacht harbour on the southern Adriatic. Split international airport (30 km) can be reached in around 30 minutes.

Activities

Long walks, enjoying the beautiful nature and crystal clear water, watching the sunset, enjoy good food and one another’s company in a remote surrounding – all of this is offered here. Those who like it more sporty can exert themselves with rock climbing, exploring lonely bays, water sports, fishing, hiking and cycling. The neighbor next door has a boat rental where you can rent a speedboat, jet ski and pedal boat.

Nature

The area inspires with several national parks and fascinating natural beauties. For day trips, e. g. the Krka National Park, approx. 1 hour away. A landscape with picturesque waterfalls that plunge over dramatic steps into the valley. Or the Red and Blue Lakes near Imotski, approx. 1 h 45 min away, near the Bosnian border. Swimming in the crater lake and then enjoying the hospitality of Agroturizam Grabovci is an unforgettable experience.

Trogir
The ”Stone Beauty“ – UNESCO World Heritage Site with a 2300 year old tradition. You can see churches, towers, fortresses, a large market square and a lively harbor promenade. There are also dance and cultural events under the evening sky.

The second largest city in Croatia, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with 1500 years of history. There are impressive cultural monuments to visit here, especially the imposing Diocletian’s Palace. You can really lose yourself in the unique old town.

Size & Equipment

Inside: The 80 m² house has two separate living units, a shared kitchen and can comfortably accommodate 7 people. The 2-room apartment is air-conditioned, has a double room (double bed 160 x 200 cm), a triple room (bunk bed 90 x 200 cm, single bed 120 x 200 cm) with an extra exit to the garden area, a bathroom with toilet and shower. The master bedroom with terrace and sea view is 20 m² and air-conditioned. Consists of a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a couch, a small work area, bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen with veranda is well equipped with a dishwasher, cooking island, electric oven, group of tables, pantry and two large stainless steel fridges.

Outside: Covered dining area with solid wood seating (table 210 x 90 cm) and stone grill. The playful, Mediterranean garden is accessible via stairs and has several seating areas. Outside shower, toilet, shed with washing machine and covered, lockable parking lot for 2 cars are available. South exit with gate to the beach. WIFI, no TV, for non-smokers looking for relaxation, pets are welcome.
